As a qualified Mindfulness Coach I bring a lot of grounding exercises to the meditations that heavily focus on the breath, body and accepting the moment. These practices help me hugely when the mind is busy.
I am also trained as a Chakra Dancing & Creative Meditation facilitator and bring this knowledge to create a deeply relaxing atmosphere.
